About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Smart Socials ApS (CVR 46141180), Nymarks Allé 231, 8320 Mårslet, Denmark, for your use of Amber. By creating an account you accept them.
What Amber does
Amber keeps a record of the music you listen to in other services and brings back albums from that history. Amber does not play, stream or download music.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your device secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Other services
Amber works with Apple Music, last.fm, Spotify and Apple data exports, MusicBrainz, the Cover Art Archive and Discogs. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Album details and artwork come from these sources and can be incomplete or wrong.
Using Amber fairly
Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use Amber to break the law or the terms of the services it connects to.
Availability
Amber is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that every play will be recorded.
Liability
To the extent Danish law allows, Smart Socials ApS is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the services Amber connects to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Amber and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
